By downloading, installing, or using RetroSelfie - AI Vibe ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of the App

RetroSelfie - AI Vibe is a camera application that allows you to take photos and apply AI-powered edits. The App does not store your photos on our servers; processing is performed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.

• You must not use the App to create, store, or share illegal or harmful content.
• You must not use the App in any way that could harm, disable, or overburden our services or third-party services.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any photos you take or edit (including rights of people depicted and any applicable local laws).

Intellectual Property

RetroSelfie - AI Vibe, its name, logo, and the App's design and code are owned by us or our licensors. You do not acquire any ownership by using the App. Photos you take or edit remain yours; we do not claim ownership of your content.

Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party AI services for edits and may use Google Analytics and Crashlytics as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those features is also subject to the relevant third-party terms and policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. AI-generated edits are provided for entertainment and creative use; we do not guarantee any particular result.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to the App and Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the last updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the App.
