This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application Neon Ricochet (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you install and use the App on your device. By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Who we are

Neon Ricochet is published by or on behalf of NaughtySpirit (or the entity identified in the App Store or Google Play listing). Contact details for privacy inquiries may be provided in the store listing or on our website.

2. Scope

This policy applies to the Neon Ricochet mobile application for iOS and Android. It does not describe websites or other apps unless we link to them explicitly.

3. Information the App may use or store

Neon Ricochet is designed as a lightweight arcade game. Depending on your platform, version, and settings, the App may involve the following categories:

• Gameplay and progress data on device.Information such as your best score, preferences, or similar data may be stored locally on your device (for example using the device's local storage facilities). This data is used to operate the game experience and may persist until you uninstall the App or clear app data.
• Apple Game Center / Google Play Games. If you are signed in to Game Center or Play Games and the feature is enabled, score submissions and leaderboard presentation may be processed by Apple or Google under their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not control those services.
• Notifications. The App may schedule local notifications (for example, reminders to play). These are initiated on-device and can typically be disabled in your device settings for the App.
• Sharing and photos. If you choose to share or save a score card image, the App may use the system share sheet and, when you explicitly choose save/share actions that require it, access to your photo library as described in the platform permission prompts. The App does not need broad photo access for core gameplay.
• Audio and haptics. The App plays sound and may use haptic feedback. You can typically adjust sound using device controls and mute settings.

4. Analytics, advertising, and online accounts

The App does not require you to create a Neon Ricochet account. Optional monetization features (such as in-app purchases or advertising) may be offered in some builds; where present, purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and ads or analytics providers may collect information according to their policies and your device privacy settings. We encourage you to review platform privacy controls (including Apple's App Tracking Transparency where applicable).

5. Children

The App is a casual game. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us in a way that concerns you, contact us using the details in the store listing and we will take reasonable steps to address the issue.

6. Data retention and deletion

Locally stored App data remains on your device until removed by you. Uninstalling the App typically deletes local data subject to platform behavior. Leaderboard data associated with Apple or Google is managed under those services' rules and tools.

7. Security

We design the App to follow reasonable practices for a consumer mobile game. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; use the App at your discretion and keep your device software up to date.

8. International users

If you use the App from outside the country where the publisher is based, your information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
