WinbackKit is not yet live. There is no product to use yet, no payment, and no contract beyond this waitlist. Full Terms of Service covering the product (RevenueCat access, subscriber data processing, billing, rev-share) will be published before the private beta opens, and will replace this page.

1. What this covers

These terms cover only your use of this landing page and the waitlist form, published by NaughtySpirit(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.

2. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves you nothing beyond an email reply and, if we select your app, an invitation to the private beta. Joining does not create any payment obligation, and there is no product access included.

3. No warranty

This page and the waitlist are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We may change, delay, or cancel the product described on this page at any time before launch.

4. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
