Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GridiOS application (“Grid,” “the App”), published by NaughtySpirit(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using Grid, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Using Grid

Grid is a personal habit-tracking tool. You may use it to record your own habits and progress. Grid works immediately without an account; you can optionally link an email or passkey account from Settings so your data survives a reinstall or a new device. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure.

2. Your data

You own the habit and progress data you create in Grid. By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process that data solely to provide and improve the App's features, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data as a CSV file (Premium) or delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.

3. Grid Premium subscription

Grid offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Grid Premium, which unlocks:

  • Unlimited habits (the free plan is limited to 3)
  • Full 365-day grid history (the free plan shows the last 30 days)
  • AI-polished weekly insights
  • Share cards without the free-plan watermark
  • CSV data export

Grid Premium is billed at $1.99 per month or $9.99 per year, charged to your Apple ID at the price shown on the in-app paywall at the time of purchase — pricing is set and processed through the App Store and may change over time; the paywall always reflects the current offer.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price you originally agreed to unless changed and disclosed to you before renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

All payments are processed by Apple and our subscription management provider, RevenueCat, under their own terms. Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policy — we are not able to issue refunds directly.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Grid's systems or another user's account;
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these Terms.

5. Not medical advice

Grid is a general-purpose habit-tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or professional health advice. If you are tracking habits related to a health condition, consult a qualified professional — do not rely on Grid as a substitute for professional care.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Grid available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features over time, including features currently offered as part of Premium, though we will not remove access you've already paid for within a current billing period without reason.

7. Termination

You may stop using Grid and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access to the App for accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Grid is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NaughtySpirit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continuing to use Grid after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
